Premium Seating on Sale Monday Feb 23 at 9:00 EST

MARINE CORPS AIR STATION CHERRY POINT, N.C. (Feb. 20, 2026) — Aviation enthusiasts, aeronautical admirers and air show fans can lockdown the best seats in the house for the 2026 MCAS Cherry Point Air Show beginning at 9 a.m., Feb. 23 when premium seating sales open to the public.

The highly anticipated air show is scheduled for May 9-10, 2026. This year’s show will commemorate America’s 250th birthday, with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels as the headliner featuring an electrifying lineup of aerial performances, ground demonstrations, and static displays. The show will kick off with a patriotic parade celebrating the nation’s history, showcasing historical uniforms, flags, and music.

While general admission to the air show and parking is free, the premium seating options offer enhanced amenities for attendees. Individuals have the choice of exclusive chalets, reserved seating, and grandstand seating:
Exclusive chalets offer a front-row vantage, with a shaded seating area, catered lunch, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, exclusive restrooms, and premium parking. Reserved seating offers guests reserved box seats located at prime spots along the show line, ensuring an exceptional view of the performances. Grandstand seating is bleacher-style seats with an elevated view of the exhilarating aerial maneuvers.

In addition to the Navy’s premier aerial demonstration team, also confirmed are the Chuters Jump Team, R.J. Gritter, Stephen Covington and Roll ’n’ Thunder Jet Car, Tom Larkin’s Mini Jet, Marco Bouw, Aarron Deliu, and Wingwalker Sam, with more to come. Showgoers will be able to engage with military members and get hands-on varieties of military equipment, while marveling at exhilarating aerobatics, stunts and maneuvers and educational ground demonstrations from historic preservation groups and STEM professionals.

Air show planners have gone further to improve the overall experience for showgoers by teaming with a large-scale event-parking and traffic management company. Following the 2024 event, much attention has gone into managing the details of parking and traffic control for the air show. The show grounds will show a different layout for pedestrian traffic, improved markings for parking areas and complimentary shuttle service from parking areas to the show.
