2026 MCAS Cherry Point Air Show Media Accreditation

MARINE CORPS AIR STATION CHERRY POINT, N.C. (Feb. 2, 2026) — Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Communication Strategy and Operations is now accepting media accreditation applications for the 2026 MCAS Cherry Point Air Show, scheduled for May 9-10, 2026.

Journalists, freelancers, and influencers interested in producing content on the acclaimed, award-winning air show are encouraged to apply. International applications are also encouraged to apply for accreditation. Applications are available through our online portal. Foreign press applications must be submitted by March 8, 2026, and national press agents must submit applications by April 9, to be considered for accreditation. Applicants should be prepared to provide additional documentation to prove identity, citizenship, and employment.

Those considered for accreditation will need to clear a background check. Applicants can expect a response from an installation representative about their application status within 30 days of application submission.
